Things To Know

• Parties can be booked Friday between the hours of 4:30 – 7:00 pm Saturdays from 3:30 – 7:00 pm and Sundays 1:00 – 7:00 pm. Check with a birthday specialist for additional times and availability.
• Restrictions and rules may apply to each package.
  • Packages subject to change.

  • Deposit is required to reserve a time for your party.
• Socks are mandatory for adults on the play floor and in the music room.
• Safety is very important to us. No matter what your child’s age or proficiency is, please always stay within a hug’s reach of a child.
• We want to maximize the play time for children.
  • We encourage you to open gifts at home.
  • We also recommend keeping food to a minimum.
• You may drop off your decorations with instructions one or two days before your event (premier package only)
• Please arrive no earlier the 30 minutes before your party. Our staff will be busy preparing for your event.
• Please speak to your birthday specialist 2-3 days before your event and put your requests in writing.
